Christoph Brandau 734c757c67 refactor(branding): rename project to LockScreenWallpaper across repo

Standardize branding by renaming Wechselbild to LockScreenWallpaper.
This updates UI strings, configs, and plugin metadata for consistency.

- Rename branding across UI, docs, and config in the repo
- Update Android UI strings and notification titles to LockScreenWallpaper

Allow the LockScreenWallpaper app to manage its wallpaper collection

This default permission set includes the following:

allow-get-state
allow-select-images
allow-set-setting
allow-next-wallpaper

Permission Table

Identifier	Description
`wallpaper:allow-get-state`	Enables the get_state command without any pre-configured scope.
`wallpaper:deny-get-state`	Denies the get_state command without any pre-configured scope.
`wallpaper:allow-next-wallpaper`	Enables the next_wallpaper command without any pre-configured scope.
