Details 
This commit updates the installer and configuration to transition from
GitLite to Gitty. It includes macros for migrating legacy data and
uninstalling the previous GitLite installation, ensuring a smoother
upgrade experience for users.

- Added migration and uninstallation macros for legacy GitLite data
- Updated application identifier from com.git-lite to com.gitty
- Enhanced post-installation cleanup for legacy shortcuts

Christoph Brandau 2383abb496 feat(tauri): add NSIS hooks for post-install and post-uninstall 
This update introduces NSIS hooks for managing shortcuts and directories
during the installation and uninstallation of the application. The hooks
ensure that the desktop and start menu shortcuts are removed properly,
along with the associated program directory.

- Implement post-install and post-uninstall hooks in NSIS
- Update configuration to reference the new hooks file
