This commit updates the package version to 2026.7.19 and modifies
the build scripts to include additional commands for better
development workflow. The main window of the application is also set
to maximize upon launch.

The main application setup in src-tauri/src/main.rs has been refactored to enhance local variable scoping. By assigning the result of tauri::Builder::default() to a named variable, the code becomes clearer and more readable without changing runtime behavior.

The workflow now passes a per-platform NO_STRIP setting into the
Tauri build environment. This allows builds to retain symbols when
needed, improving debugging and crash analysis without changing the
default behavior for other targets.

Artifact collection previously grabbed every file under each bundle
directory, which could include unrelated or intermediate outputs. This
updates the logic to only include files with the expected extensions
for each artifact type, improving accuracy and reducing noise.

The CI workflow now builds a single bundle per run, adds Linux
AppImage output, and updates the Tauri version using a Node script.
The publishing tool is extended to recognize Linux artifacts,
select a primary artifact based on the target platform, and merge
platform entries into an existing latest.json when present.

Cloning now accepts optional username/password and passes them to the
Rust git layer via GIT_ASKPASS, avoiding interactive prompts. The UI
detects authentication failures, opens the credential dialog for clone,
and auto-hides error messages to keep the flow smooth.

This introduces a new Tauri command to clone a remote repository into a
validated destination folder, then return the full repository bundle for
immediate rendering. The Svelte app gains a clone dialog and a new action
in repository management, wiring the cloned bundle into existing refresh
helpers. Dialog backdrops were also adjusted to rely on explicit close
controls.
